Delete your Tape Banana account

You can request deletion by emailing support@tapebanana.fun; the app does not need to be installed to send the request. Operator: Changsha Wushi Cultural And Creative Co., Ltd (长沙武侍文化创意有限公司).

Request by email

  1. Send an email with the subject Tape Banana account deletion request, preferably from your registered account email.
  2. State that you want your Tape Banana account and associated profile and photo data deleted. If you cannot access the registered email, explain this so support can determine a secure ownership check.
  3. Support must verify ownership before deletion. Sending an email starts a request; it does not by itself delete your account.

Email an account deletion request

Never include a password or one-time code. A store receipt alone does not authorize deletion of someone else's app account. In the prepared app, open your account menu and choose Delete account. Follow the confirmation shown in the app; enter any deletion code there, never in an email to support. The released device flow remains subject to verification.

Confirmation and progress

Support must explain the scope and establish a secure ownership check before asking you to confirm deletion. The external secure confirmation procedure is still being prepared; an email address, a user ID typed in a message or a purchase screenshot does not by itself authorize deletion. You are not required to reinstall the app to submit your request.

Save the case or deletion reference. Received means the request is recorded. Verification required means ownership or explicit confirmation is still needed. Processing means cleanup remains in progress, even if sign-in is disabled. A completion notice must describe the cleanup completed and the necessary records retained; it must not equate a disabled account with deletion of every record.

Data affected and retained records

The planned cleanup covers sign-in identity, profile and account photo data. Some purchase, contribution, refund and security records can remain linked to an internal account identifier for reconciliation, fraud prevention or applicable legal obligations. Account deletion does not automatically refund a store purchase.

The retention schedule and third-party and backup cleanup are still being finalized. The local email link opens your own email draft; it does not send the message or run a deletion job. This page becomes an official deletion resource only after publication and verification of request handling through completion.
